The Integrated Arts Program is a Waterloo Region District School Board Magnet Program that explores and develops the appreciation and understanding for all areas of the arts through community and integration. The IAP offers enriching arts opportunities for creation through diverse, inclusive programming for students interested in the performing, visual, production, and media arts. All students must audition successfully before they will be accepted into the program.

Sh*thead is a 15 min film created by Kaelin Isserlin + friends for Unwrap Theatre. The film will be premiering online and in person Sept 25th at the Apollo Theatre, Kitchener ON.

This experimental dance film follows a guarded version of the artist, diving into surreal dreamscapes to revisit friendship, fear, desire all wrapped up in hurt and angst.

Sh*thead asks: “Do you believe in right and wrong? Is there anything you wish you could change?”

Inner Existence is a dance film created by Liv Arcangeli which explores the energetic body and how it affects us on an internal and external level.

It is an attempt to surface what cannot be seen and to provide the chance to experience a deeper sense of introspection. This film was created with the objective that when we are given the chance to experience on this level, we are better able to connect with our true nature.

This piece attempts to explore: How can we use our inner essence to deepen the connection we have with ourselves?’ What happens when we access our subtle states of being? What effects does this have on us? Finally, why do we often omit this state?

Part of the inspiration for this work was to bring out the reminder that even though it cannot always be felt, there is still an abundance of joy, beauty, and peace that is always within us. You as the viewer are invited into this experience while watching.
